Honey & Fruit Smoothie
1 can (16 oz.) pear halves or slices, drained
2 Tablespoons B's Honey
1-1/2 cups milk
1 cup (8 oz.) strawberry or other fruit-flavored yogurt
In blender or food processor, combine pears and honey;
process until smooth. Add milk and yogurt; process until blended.
Lemon-Honey Chicken
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 (3-1/2 to 4 oz. each) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine all ingredients (except chicken) and mix well. Marinate chicken
in honey-lemon mixture 1 hour in shallow baking dish. Broil chicken 5
minutes, brush with pan drippings, turn and broil 5 minutes longer or
until juices run clear. If desired, bring marinade to a boil; simmer 2
minutes. Strain hot marinade over chicken.
Honey Dip
1 pint (16 oz.) low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup B's Honey
2 Tablespoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
Assorted fruits, for dipping
Combine yogurt in a small bowl with honey, orange juice and orange peel; mix well. Serve with sliced fruit.

Hair Conditioner
1/2 cup B's Honey
1/4 cup olive oil
Mix
honey and olive oil. Coat hair by working a small amount at a time through hair. Cover hair with shower cap and leave on for 30 min. Remove cap, shampoo well, rinse.
Body Scrub
1/2 cup B's Honey
1/2 cup oatmeal
Mix oatmeal and honey in a bowl. Smooth over face, massaging gently with circular motions. Leave on for 10 min. Rinse with warm water.
Body Lotion
1 teaspoon B's Honey
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
Mix together honey, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Rub mix into hands,
feet, elbows, heels and anywhere that feels dry. Leave on 10 minutes. Rinse
off with warm water.
